Loved Ones

This weekend I had the opportunity to reflect on Life in general. Friday evening, there was a bad pile up on I-15 in southern Utah, in which multiple cars and 18 wheelers were involved. There was only one death and that was of an 18 month old baby boy. It is so unfortunate how quickly life and the lives of the ones we love can be so abruptly taken away from us. As I saw the picture of this baby boy, I couldn't help but think of my little Millie and the happiness she has brought the ones around her. Life has an interesting way of humbling us and helping us realize the things that are truly important to us. I am so thankful that Millie is in such a loving home and has such a fantastic family, including her mother Lisa and siblings.
